Your data, plainly explained.

When you sign up and use Reviral we collect:

• Account: email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile picture.
• Content you generate: the prompts, scripts, article URLs, product URLs, voice samples, character images, and video URLs you submit, plus the rendered output mp4s.
• Usage telemetry: which features you use, how many renders you start, errors hit. We don't profile individual users beyond what's needed to debug and bill.
• Billing data: handled by LemonSqueezy (our merchant of record). We see your plan and subscription status, not your card details.

• To run the product: send your prompts to AI providers (see below), store the resulting renders against your account, deliver them to you on the dashboard.
• To bill you: tally credits consumed against your plan's monthly grant.
• To improve the product: read aggregated usage stats, fix bugs that hit. We do not sell your data, ever.
• To contact you about your account: render-failure notices, password resets, billing receipts. We don't spam you marketing.

To make a single Reviral render we may send parts of your input to:

• Anthropic — script generation prompts.
• OpenAI — Whisper for audio transcription.
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech and voice cloning samples (if you clone a voice, the sample is stored on ElevenLabs' servers as well as ours).
• fal.ai — AI image/video model prompts. Some fal models forward to Google (Veo 3) or MiniMax (Hailuo); fal's privacy policy governs that step.
• Pexels — search queries when you use stock footage.
• AWS — Remotion Lambda for final render composition.
• Supabase — auth + Postgres + storage.
• Upstash — rate-limit counters and queue messages (Redis + QStash).
• Vercel — hosting + edge functions.
• Resend — transactional email (account + render notifications).
• LemonSqueezy — billing + checkout. They are the seller of record.
• YouTube (only if you connect) — upload of your rendered mp4 to your channel.

We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers.

• Renders + manifests: kept as long as your account is active.
• Cloned voices: kept until you delete them or close your account.
• Account: kept until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@reviral.ai for full deletion.

Wherever you are, you can:

• Export your account data — ask via email and we'll send a zip.
• Correct or delete any field — most are editable in /app/settings, the rest by email.
• Withdraw consent and close your account at any time.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection). Same applies — email us.

We use only essential cookies: a Supabase auth-token cookie so you stay signed in, and a Vercel-internal cookie used for routing. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Reviral is not directed at children under 13. If we learn a minor has signed up we delete the account.

Reviral is operated by a solo developer. Email hello@reviral.ai for any privacy question, deletion request, or complaint.

If we make material changes to this policy we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
